      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jgp!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to hear that your PIXMA MP530 is not printing cyan.&amp;nbsp; What we recommend is performing up to three deep cleanings, waiting for 24 hours, then performing one more deep cleaning.&amp;nbsp; If this does not resolve the issue, your printer would require service options.&amp;nbsp;To receive your service options, please e-mail us at &lt;A target="_blank" href="mailto:mfp@cits.canon.com"&gt;mfp@cits.canon.com&lt;/A&gt; with what we had you do or call 800-828-4040 between 10AM and 10PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
