    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello rukidding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For testing purposes, please try plugging the printer directly to a Wall outlet.&amp;nbsp; If the issue persists, please try using a different USB cable and ensure that the cable is connected to the USB port on the back area of the printer.&amp;nbsp; Also, ensure that the USB cable is connected directly to the computer and not through any USB hubs or extension cables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the error persists, please tell us the exact error that is occuring with the printer.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Let us know if this "malfunction" error occurs with other devices as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it just me,or has anyone had a problem getting a MP190 all I one,to not only have windows not being able read it,I feel I have done everything that Canon says to do ,and Windows also,But one thing does happen it 's &amp;nbsp;telling me the USB is malfunction works fine,just not on this Printer.I am looking for any help if possible..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
