How do you get the MX700 to scan from the top feed? I have all the latest drivers and software installed.

When I put a sheet of paper in the top feed, it initiates the scan function when the switch is contacted by the paper, I select my scan settings, but then it tries to scan from the main scan tray.

Makes it hard to scan a stack of papers. I really don't feel like scanning a quarter inch stack of 2 sided papers one at a time on the main tray.

EDIT: I guess the "top feeder" I'm referring to is called the "auto document feeder" or something....

EDIT2: Never mind, as I was messing around with it, it suddenly occured to me that when selecting document type, I need to select "Document (ADF)" to get it to scan from the ADF... Guess I wouldn't have known that until I learned that the "top feeder" is actually called the ADF lol
