[help] Canon Pixma mp250 - Montain Lion

Wassup Guys!

I'm trying to install my printer CANON MP250 on my Mountain Lion 10.8.4 and am getting an error message 311

Already tested it on Windows 7 PC and it worked fine.
Changed usb port and cable
Upgraded my Mac to latest version
Downloaded latest driver available on the canon website
Called the Brazilian support and they sent me via email the latest driver available but not resulted in anything!

And nothing I can not any results
Only the error 311

* printed it once, and never printed again

What should I do?
