      <title>My Pixma MX860 all in one printer will not print the black color portion of a print job.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the print job from my computer such as an email or word document is all black type, the page comes out all blank. &amp;nbsp;However, if I use the copier function to copy a document, the black portions are printed just fine. &amp;nbsp;Printing a test page shows the black part also. &amp;nbsp;There is plenty of black ink in both cartridges. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas on what is happening or how to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
