Hi essex,

There is a program that comes with the PIXMA MX892 called MP Navigator that can assist you with scanning multiple pages in as a single PDF file. Please let us know what operating system is on your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or Mac OS version) and we'll be happy to provide instruction.
