    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using Windows 7/64 bit&amp;nbsp;operating system.&amp;nbsp;My printer is connected by USB cable. I do not receive any error reports. The printer has been working fine&amp;nbsp;until about 6 months ago. It does not print the yellow color.&amp;nbsp; The only thing I have done which might have caused the problem is using refill ink I have bought at K-Mart and Staples.&amp;nbsp;I have not let the ink cartridges run dry.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
