    <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I fix this printer? I have already turned the printer off and unplugged it. Then plugged it back in and turned the printer back on. However error message and blinking light remain.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unbelievable.&amp;nbsp; I have an error message on my printer and it will not work.&amp;nbsp; I have done the following to try to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;unlpugged for an hour.&amp;nbsp; Still no help.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Changed printer cartridges.&amp;nbsp; No help&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Cleaned printer head.&amp;nbsp; No help&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;removed paper and checked for paper jams.&amp;nbsp; No help&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hit it with a baseball bat.&amp;nbsp; Not yet but close&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have unplugged the printer in between all of these processes.&amp;nbsp; I tried to call the help line but guess what they are closed for weekends.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to build a new home and I am on a timeline.&amp;nbsp; I would just go buy a new printer but there is not way I am buying another Canon,&amp;nbsp; I just spent $60 on ink cartridges.&amp;nbsp; Nice customer service Canon.&amp;nbsp; I will make sure never to buy one of your products again!!!!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
