    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have turned my printer on and off several times. I tried to print a test page from Manage Your Device (Settings) in Windows 10. This message pops up when I try to click any of the features such as Run the Troubleshooter, Print a test page, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;c:\\Windows\system32\rundll32.exe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a specific message that addresses this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
