    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also getting the "Processing, please wait momentarily" message.&amp;nbsp; For several days.&amp;nbsp; I have cleared my print queue.&amp;nbsp; I have turned the printer off and on, unplugged and replugged too.&amp;nbsp; Still stuck here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using my printer plugged directly.&amp;nbsp; It has worked fine this way for a couple&amp;nbsp; of years.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Marguerite&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have reinstalled the driver 3 times on my windows 7 PC, and it still gets stuck at this point.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive gone through the steps of clearing the queue, unplugging the printer, etc. Nothing seems to work, I could really use some help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Richard&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Tayja108.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the computer a laptop?&amp;nbsp; If it is, ensure it's connected to power and charging when you're using it with the MX922.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may also need to try a different USB port on the computer.&amp;nbsp; If the USB port has been used for several different connectors, the port may be worn out or loose on the computer side, and another port might work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Beyond that, what operating system is running on the computer?&amp;nbsp; Is this problem following an OS update or a major security software update?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need immediate assistance with this issue, please contact us using the numbers and information at &lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;A href="http://Canon.us/ContactLI" target="_blank"&gt;http://Canon.us/ContactLI&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
