      <title>MG2200 Printer fails to connect, print, or scan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I've been using this printer and haven't had problems wit it until now, and now it won't print or scan. I went ahead and disconnected it and unregistered it from my list of printers, and reconnected everything, and now its giving me a code that it isn't connected to the computer, and the computer doesn't recognise it either&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MD&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disconnect the printer from the computer.&amp;nbsp; Uninstall the software.&amp;nbsp; Either remove all Canon related folders&amp;nbsp;and programs from the applications folder (Mac)...&amp;nbsp; or uninstall using Programs and Features in Windows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restart the computer.&amp;nbsp; Connect the printer's USB cable and power on the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow the instructions for installation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
