      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi muirdavid,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 1851 error occurs when the&amp;nbsp;disc tray guide is open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please close the disk tray and press the OK button to clear the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The disk tray is #4 in the image on the web page linked here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/Manual/W/MG7500%20series/EN/BG/bg-component1100.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/Manual/W/MG7500%20series/EN/BG/bg-component1100.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our support group using the following link:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://Canon.us/ContactLI" target="_blank"&gt;http://Canon.us/ContactLI&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
