Setup for PIXMA MG4200 without using the supplied CD

Is it possible to setup the printer without using the supplied CD?

I don't have a CD drive, and have no desire to purchase one just to run this CD (I don't use CDs so spending £10 or £15 just to run a CD to setup my printer is outrageous!).
