      <title>Canon Pixma TS6120 Offline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just upgraded my mac to High Sierra, version&amp;nbsp;10.13.3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I send a job to the printer, "the printer is not connected".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/15623i68B0E16C3D202DBE/image-size/original?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="Screen Shot 2018-02-16 at 9.56.47 AM.png" title="Screen Shot 2018-02-16 at 9.56.47 AM.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rebooted both the computer and the printer and continue to get this message. &amp;nbsp;I was thinking that the upgrade to a new version of the operating system might require an updated printer driver. &amp;nbsp;Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suspect the printer has one cartridge out of ink thus forcing you to put in a cartridge to coontinue printing. Sneaky - never trust a printer company with a cartridge.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
