Hi, Chris!

Having come out in 2006, the PIXMA MP160 is an older model that supports Mac OS X up through v10.7. We do not expect drivers for later versions to become available in the foreseeable future.

Thank you for explaining. Looks like what I could do is install an OS that supports the driver on virtual machine.
