      <title>Canon MP610 error 5100</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Help!&amp;nbsp; My mp610 ran out of ink for the first time this week and I replaced it with genuine ink from staples.&amp;nbsp; A day or so after changing the cartiges I received an error message that hasn't gone away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have restarted,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;replaced the ink again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;checked for blockages/debris/jams&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried to reset (no response from printer)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to print!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do that I haven't done?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kate&lt;/P&gt;</description>
