MP276 Test Page (and other pages) do not print correctly

Thanks in advance for your help!

My printer prints MOST of the content correctly, except some parts of the page... A sample is attached with this message. I cant seem to rectify this with the manual printer head adjustment (I am simply unable to understand the steps involved)...
