I am trying to print a document but the computer instead brings up a box to fax the document. It worked fine before today. Initially, the printer would do nothing and the printer que would not show any pending documents for printing. I ran the troubleshooter (Windows 10) and it "fixed" problems with it not being my default printer and an issue with the USB. It is nice that the printer is now recognizing activity but I want to print and not fax. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
