I have a mx492 and everytime I put multiple pages into the feeder to scan I get aonly the first page scanned and saved. How do I get multiple pages to scan in the feeder and save?

I use Windows Fax and Scan program to scan

Hello.

Try using the IJ Scan Utility to scan with the unit. This should allow you to take full advantage of all of the available scanning options.
