paper size issues

I have the MG7500 Series printer. I have it set up on wifi and lately, I can't seem to print from my phone or iPad on anything other than 4x6 photo paper. No matter what I am trying to print, it only comes out on the 4x6. and I cant change the settings on my phone to select the paper size. Any ideas?

Hello.

The printer will select the appropriate tray based on the paper size that was sent to the printer by your App or document. Check to see if your app will allow you to specify a paper size or document size before sending it to the printer.

If you continue to have difficulties, you may have to print the document or photo from a standard Windows or Mac computer.
