I've done all the cleaning, printing test patterns, aligning the head, etc. And making copies from the glass produces extremely faint images that are unusable, even when I turn the darkness setting all the way up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From my Mac laptop, I finally figured out that if I turn whatever I want into a pdf and print using the Borderless setting, it will print ok (quality is not as it should be, but usable). It's quite a hassle to always turn everything into a pdf before printing. And photos are horrible quality no matter what I do. From a Word document that has any color images or icons, only the images/icons will print, but all the black text will not print UNLESS I convert to a pdf and print on Borderless as described above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked that I have the latest driver, etc.&amp;nbsp;I am very frustrated. &amp;nbsp;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-rating-metoo lia-component-body"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-row lia-quilt-row-forum-message-footer"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
