"Print from Last Page" and "Collate" Options are Grayed Out - CANON MG2500

CANON MG2500 - I WANT TO PRINT LAST PAGE FIRST...

...but when I go to preferences...

"Print from Last Page" and "Collate" Options are Grayed Out

The "Print from Last Page" box is NOT CHECKED

The Collate box IS CHECKED

I've tried changing number of copies to 2 and applying to see

if the options would highlight the option...but to no avail

I have hit the "default" button ...no change...

HOW DO I GET THE "Print from Last Page" OPTION TO

HIGHLIGHT SO I CAN CHANGE THE PAGE PRINT ORDER?
