      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Canon Community&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a Pixma TR8550 and have a problem when I want to switch off the printer by pressing the power button. The shutdown process hangs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I plug out my WLAN access point that the printer has no connect to the WLAN, then the shutdown works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have the same issue detected? Any help is very appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards, Martin&lt;/P&gt;</description>
