how will i find the canon pixma multifunctional printer model name in which serial number is KJWBxxxxx [numerical portion of serial number removed for privacy] and model number is K10392....series starts with TS..I would like to download driver of this printer

Hi, shanta27!

According to the letters in your printer's serial number, your printer is the PIXMA MG2570S, a printer which is intended for sale and use in India. The model number "MG2570S" should be readily visible on the top of the unit near the printer's control panel.

As this printer is one offered by our colleagues at Canon India, we recommend checking their WEB SITE for drivers and apps.
