Hi

I have the P02 error message - I understand what it means but I can't seem to clear it. I was in the middle of printing and the paper jammed. After clearing the paper the message appeared. I have had this problem before but this time I can't seem to get rid of it. Any ideas

I cannot seem to fix my printer, it has the code P02. I know what it means and have google and youtubed every video I could find, but nothing seems to work. I seen it has a clear strip with a small metal spring like thing that was somehow removed from its place and now I have sitting outside my printer, I have only used this printer twice since I have boughten it. I need help finding the issue.
