    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, I have an iMac iOS 10.11.6.&amp;nbsp; I'm also running Parallels 13.3.1, Windows 10.&amp;nbsp; I can print from both Mac iOS and Parallels, but I can't scan. I deleted and re-added the mx922 on the Mac side, now it only appears as a printer.&amp;nbsp; On the mx922, when I press the scan button, the only computer that shows up is listed as PC jfrench FRENCH.&amp;nbsp; How can I get the printer to scan?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mathmaverick,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you open the IJ Scan Utility on your computer and attempt to scan, are you successful?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The IJ Scan Utility is located in the Canon Utilities folder.&amp;nbsp; On Windows, click the Windows Start button and then the Canon Utilities folder.&amp;nbsp; On OS X, open the Applications folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our support group using the following link:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://Canon.us/ContactLI" target="_blank"&gt;http://Canon.us/ContactLI&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
