      <description>&lt;P&gt;The MP470 printer states there is jammed paper. There is no paper jam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I override the error message? I have tried unplugging the printer with no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know for a fact that there is no paper jam.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
