    <description>have a ts9120, and live in the US; how do i clear the queue; it won't delete a print document, and has locked the whole printer up.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The wretched thing wont print anything from my computer.&amp;nbsp; I am getting no help from Canon.&amp;nbsp; Think its because there are items stuck in the print queue but I can find no guidance for this printer which explains simply how you delete them. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open the Print Queue from the Control Panel (Windows) or System Preferences (Mac).&amp;nbsp; Once there, you can delete any jobs that are in queue.&amp;nbsp; If the jobs remain stuck, try restarting the computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
