I am trying to setup the fax on my Canon MX922 but it will not recieve a fax. The other person faxing said it just keeps ringing. What am i doing wrong?

Hi taniadawson13,

The most common resaons for a fax to continue ringing is either the phone cable is not connected properly, or that the Receive Mode is incorrect. Troubleshooting steps for many fax reception issues can be found HERE.
