    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help solve this problem? A black vertical stripe appears on the left side of print outs when copying or scanning only. The stripe is about 1/2 inch wide. I've cleaned al lthe glass several times and reinstalled all software but the problem still exists. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
