Scanning Permissions on PIXMA MG3022

I cannot get my printer to scan. It says I do not have the correct permissions. I can't find where to change them. How do I change them so I can scan. Thank you

In order to better assist you, allow me to ask a couple questions:

Which version of Windows or Macintosh are you using?
What program are you scanning from?
Do you have any active firewalls or securty programs?

Windows 10 Chrome IJ Scan Utility Scanning item on platen Yes.

Hello.

Try changing the current save locations in the IJ Scan Utility. Click the Settings option in the program to change the save location for each function.
