    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi scaramouche,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reinstalling your PIXMA MX922 will resolve this issue. To do this, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Click on the Windows Start Menu button in the lower left hand corner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Click on Control Panel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Under Programs, click on Uninstall a Program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Click on the Canon MX920 MP Driver and then click Uninstall at the top.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Follow the prompts to uninstall the driver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. Click on the Canon IJ Network Tool and the click Uninstall at the top.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7. Follow the prompts to uninstall the network tool.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;8. Click on the Canon IJ Network Scan Utility and then click Uninstall at the top.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;9. Follow the prompts to uninstall the scan utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;10. Restart the computer once complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To reinstall your PIXMA MX922, please download the latest driver for your PIXMA MX922:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Visit Canon's website at: &lt;A href="http://usa.canon.com/support" target="_blank"&gt;http://usa.canon.com/support&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Type PIXMA MX922 in the "enter a model" box and click GO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. In the Drivers &amp;amp; Downloads section, please click the Select button next to the MX920 MP Drivers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Click the Download button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. If a Save dialog box appears, click Save.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.       <title>MX920 won't print.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a similar problem with the MX920. My printer is connected thru a wi-fi router, and all the computers on the network, run Windows 7. The message I get is " Another computer is using the printer. The following status is the status of that computer,". Then it indicates it is printing the requested page. I read the fix about the Windows firewall. My difference is that I have the Norton Security stuff in the mix, as well. Any problem with that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
