Canon Pixma MG5450 - Cannot Find "Direct Disc Print" app

I hope someone can help me with this. I am using a Canon Canon Pixma MG5450 which until recently was running with Windows 7. I frequently used an which I assumed came on the installation CD called Direct Disc Print (here is a YouTube video of it) -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUIOlOt_qkk. My Windows PC has crashed and I have had to reinstall the Canon installation CD on to a Windows 10 laptop but I cannot find DIRECT DISC PRINT. I've spoken to Canon support today but the guy didn't have a clue what I was talking about. He suggested I download the latest version of My Image Garden - I've done that but still no DIRECT DISC PRINT.

Can anyone tell me how to get hold of this again?

Hi George2,

Direct Disc Print is part of the Easy-PhotoPrint EX software. This is available for download from Canon's web site:

1. Visit Canon's website at: http://usa.canon.com/support

2. Type PIXMA MG5420 in the "Enter a Model" box and click GO.

3. On the Support page for PIXMA MG5420, please click the Software tab.

4. Please click on the Select button next to "Easy-PhotoPrint EX Ver.4.7.0 (Windows)".

5. Click the Download button.

6. If a Save dialog box appears, click Save.

7. Once the download is complete, open your Downloads folder.

8. Double click [eppx-win-4_7_0-en.exe].

Follow the prompts and the installation will complete.
