topic Pixma mx922 prints from computer have lines, but iPhone does not in Desktop Inkjet Printers

I just got a Canon mx922 inkjet printer to replace my HP multifunction printer. I have been pretty sure that I love this printer, until just now.

I have been testing the functions for the past few days, and I have now realized that photos printed from the PC have lines in them... while prints from the iPhone Canon app do not. I am using Canon glossy photo paper and the canon inks.

Have a look at the photos. Have you experienced this with the Canon mx922, or other printers? Should I exchange this, or perhaps return it?

https://imgur.com/a/qrGCPvN
