Hi dolauson,

A 5100 error indicates a hardware error that requires service has occured. I would recommend checking inside the printer for any obstructions, but if none are found, I would recommend contacting our support staff through the Contact Us link so that we can provide any available service options.

I moved and my Canon MX 860 stopped printing when I turned it back on. I am getting Error 5200. I searched online and realized it could be due to low ink. When trying to replace the ink cartridge I realized that the printer head holder does not move to the replacement position.

Can someone please help me?
