      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I' m a new&amp;nbsp; to this forum and after quite a bit of frustration got my new printer to work ! Two questions 1. why do I have to use ctrl+shift+print to print online, used to just use ctrl+print? 2. How do I get the printer to print only in black, is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance Robin&lt;/P&gt;</description>
