TS3100 printer wish to use black only how do I do this please

Hi I' m a new to this forum and after quite a bit of frustration got my new printer to work ! Two questions 1. why do I have to use ctrl+shift+print to print online, used to just use ctrl+print? 2. How do I get the printer to print only in black, is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance Robin

Hi Robin84,

Depending on what you're printing, CTRL+P may be sufficient, or you may need to use the website's own printing system, or another function.

This model can use only the black ink cartridge, and I have included full instructions for doing so HERE.
