    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have developed a problem scanning from my mp250.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I press the scan&amp;nbsp; button, I get the normal rotating pattern on the LCD for a few moments but then nothing happens.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried accessing via 'Printers and Devices' in the Control Panel, but I get an error message saying that I need a WIA driver. - But a but of internet digging told me that I require TWAIN or ISIS compatable scanning software for my Canon/Pixma.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have downloaded the TWAIN compatable NAPS2 - but when I try to scan from this, I have the following error message: -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Internal Error Occurred&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Scanner driver will be closed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Code:5,202,54&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can still print and photocopy normally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anybody help?&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks in advance.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
