    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try unplugging the power from the unit for about 25-30&amp;nbsp;minutes.&amp;nbsp; Once this has been done, plug the unit back in and power it on to see if the LCD display appears normally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue still persists, find more help at &lt;A href="http://Canon.us/ContactLI" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Scrambled lcd and scan</title>

      <description>My Mx300 suddenly started to show mixed up words on the lcd. When&lt;BR /&gt;I finally got it to copy something the image was 180o from where I placed it on the paten. It scanned the lower part of the page instead of the top and printed it upside down. Very strange. I tried to factory reset the printer but it didn’t correct the problem</description>
