    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi JAA,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have not done so already, I recommend unplugging the printer from the power for about 15 minutes and then plugging it back in.&amp;nbsp; If this does not resolve the issue, please use the &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;link to get in touch with our support staff who can offer any available service options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I did try unplugging the printer from the power for a lengthy period of time based on other recommendations. No go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
