    <description>&lt;P&gt;My MG7750 is suddently not recognising when paper is in loaded in Cassette 2 and continually asks to have paper loaded in it or to check the type of paper loaded. I have not changed the paper type I have been using for the past few years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions as to how to fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try the following to see if we can resolve your issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Turn the printer off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Unplug the power from the printer for at least 5-10 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; While unplugged, remove&amp;nbsp;the paper trays&amp;nbsp;from the unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Double check for any obstructions found in the unit or paper paths.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; If no obstructions are found, plug the power back in and turn the unit on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Make sure that the printer is on a flat, level survace.&amp;nbsp; Then load the trays back in the printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once this has been done, try printing to test the unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, troubleshooting with our support group will be needed to narrow down the cause of your issue.
