I have a g2000 series printer with a serial number of KKRR[remainder of serial number removed to protect privacy] and i would like to know the exact model and the link to be able t download a software for my printer

Hello.

If you purchased the printer here in the United States, you should have the G2200. If you are in a different country, check the front or top area of the printer, or the box that it came in to determine the model.
