      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a pixma mx490&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never printed my fax reports&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now I need a report&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so I swtiched reports on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now immediatly the machine starts printig the reports I never printed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent about 5000 faxes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I dont want that waste of paper and ink&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how can I reset the fax report memeory&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I unpluged the power cord &amp;gt; no result&lt;BR /&gt;I reset the machin power on and 5 times stop button &amp;gt; no result&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying for 6 hours now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and I have to send a very important document to the government where I need the fax report&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what can I do&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;help please Canon Germany is closed already for weekend&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't contact our support team, we recommend trying this. Unplug your printer from it's power source. While the printer is unplugged, press the power button 10 times, this will discharge any residual power and that should clear the cached data the printer is trying to print.. Then plug the printer back in, turn it back on, and see if it still tries to print. If it does, you may need to contact support in Germany on Monday for further support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
