    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Sunshine03038,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer may not be detecting that the paper output tray is open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Close the output tray fully.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn the printer off for 1-2 minutes.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn the printer on.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open the output tray.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Print .&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?       <title>MG3600 printer output tray closed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep receiving an error message saying that the output tray is closed. It clearly is not closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
