      <title>Support Code 5012 on MX 475</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, please can anyone help?&amp;nbsp;My Pixma MX 475 printer has suddenly refused to print and shows the support code 5012. It's linked to my desktop using Windows 10. I've not had any previous problems, have&amp;nbsp;tried turning the power off and leaving it and&amp;nbsp;just don't&amp;nbsp;know what to do next. Many thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, didn’t really help. Advised to plug and unplug which didn’t work so advised to go to a dealer. No dealers within a 50ml radius - probably cheaper to buy a new printer ... whether or not it will be Canon remains to be seen!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
