      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, Michael:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your input.Cleaning and test printing did nothing, so I deleted the printer and uninstalled the software from my laptop, reinstalled and replaced the magenta ink tank as it was low. No idea which thing worked, but it is printing well now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
