    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had this MG6320 Printer for several years and have never had a problem scanning to my Win10 PC. Today when I tried to scan to a PDF file, an Error Message appeared:: "The specified function is not available with the current settings. Change the following setting: FORMAT". The Format is set to PDF but I keep getting the error and it will not let me scan to a PDF file. I can scan to a jpg with no problem. Also, if I use the IJ Scan Utility, from the PC, I can scan as a PDF file. Is there some way to reset the printer that might fix the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply. I finally found my problem and it was cockpit error. I discovered that I had the Doc.type set to Photo rather than Document. Once I changed that, it worked fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
