    <description>&lt;P&gt;Cyan was Intermittant for a while and is now completely gone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Done head cleaning twice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Done deep cleaning twice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Replaced the ink tank&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Done print head alignment twice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What have I missed...or is the head just done??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
