    <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't know what changed but my Canon MX470 won't print avery labels. &amp;nbsp;I keep getting a paper alignment error message, but when I turn the paper face up, the printer prints the information on the wrong side of the paper. &amp;nbsp;It won't print when paper is face down. &amp;nbsp;Very weird. &amp;nbsp;How can I correct this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi rbucano,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can trying changing&amp;nbsp;your paper settings to matte photo paper.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You can enable the prevent paper abrasion setting. To do this,&amp;nbsp;please follow&amp;nbsp;these steps from the printer's operation panel:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;Press the SETUP&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;Use the arrow keys to select&amp;nbsp;OUTPUT SETTINGS, then press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. &amp;nbsp;Use the arrow keys to select PREVEN ABRASION, then press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. &amp;nbsp;Use the arrow keys to set PREVENT PAPER ABRASION to ON, then press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. &amp;nbsp;Press the COPY button to return to the main printer screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you are finished printing the labels, please ensure that the prevent paper abrasion setting is set back to OFF. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?
