      <title>MX 882 Scan Error....HELP, Please</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;resolved network problems, and PC prints again to the MX 882.&amp;nbsp; However, scanning does not work, returning the following error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cannot scan for these reasons&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Scanner is turned off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-(if using LAN connection) it is disconnected from LAN&amp;nbsp; NOTE, using wirelessI&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-(if using wireless LAN conection), signal strength is poor due to obstruction.&amp;nbsp; NOTE:&amp;nbsp; using wireless, printing works, so assume signal is strong enough&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Network connection is prohibiited by security software&amp;nbsp; NOTE:&amp;nbsp; a possibility, but printing works so............&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Different scanner on the network is selected.&amp;nbsp; NOTE:&amp;nbsp; there's only one scanner listed on the selection page, and it's selected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
