Lift printer door for cartridge.<BR />3. Plug power cord, then press power button.<BR />4. Watch the printer cartridge to start moving.<BR />5. When you see the printer cartridge moving from right to left, immediately close the printer door.<BR />6. Wait until you see, either an ink printer error or back to normal mode.<BR />7. If you see printer ink error, press and hold the STOP red button for about 7 to 10 seconds until you see the screen in normal mode.<BR />Walah!!!!! You got your printer back!!!!<BR />Do this every time you have your power cord unplugged or power outages.<BR />Good Luck. I hope this helps!!!!
